Among the flurry of news that emerged from yesterday’s Nintendo Direct, we got confirmation that the Crash Bandicoot N.Sane Trilogy is coming to the Switch and, conversely, both PC and Xbox One. Yep, that weird little marsupial thing will be coming to PC for the first time ever, outside of more, ahem, felonious means.
Up until now, the Crash N. Sane Trilogy has been exclusive to the PlayStation 4, but this lavish graphical upgrade will soon be available to all. More than a simple remaster, the N.Sane Trilogy features levels remade from the ground up with a previously unseen level of visual detail.
Crash Bandicoot: N.Sane Trilogy includes the original Crash Bandicoot, Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back, and Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped. You may remember last year there were rumours of this trilogy coming to PC, with an Activision rep appearing to confirm during PAX East that it would be playable on PC at 4K, 60 frames per second.
The Crash Bandicoot: N.Sane Trilogy comes to PC, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch on July 10th. Soon, you too can join me for the hideous, controller-smashing death-fest that is Crash 1's Slippery Climb.
