A massive 16-minute gameplay video of Dragon Age: Inquisition has been unleashed courtesy of developer Bioware.

The impressive gameplay segment shows off the E3 2014 demo that attendees got to try out on the E3 2014 show floor. Dragon Age: Inquisition is undoubtedly looking gorgeous in the gameplay sequence narrated by Mike Laidlaw, following a female Qunari mage through a single area that Laidlaw claims is bigger than the entirety of Dragon Age: Origins

This Hinterlands gameplay segment is the first of many planned featurette videos for Dragon Age 3, detailing different aspects of the upcoming RPG’s world and gameplay. This one’s about the Hinterlands, during which it’s revealed that random encounters are now a thing of the past, the enemies instead populated dynamically based upon your behaviour. Hunt a lot of bears and their numbers will dwindle, leave them to their own devices and their population will flourish.

Oh yeah, and it’s actually got dragons in, which is never a bad thing for a video to have. You can check it out in all its glory for yourself below…

Dragon Age: Inquisition is out on October 7th for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Xbox 360.
