The Room VR: A Dark Matter

Radeon RX 550 4GB

Low Vs Ultra Radeon RX 550 4GB Performance Review

Viewing the performance found on the 3 year old Radeon RX 550 4GB while playing The Room VR: A Dark Matter we quickly see it can perform with regular stuttering and only 22 frames per second. Note that those results would be running at High and 1920x1080 screen res.

In lieu of those results we would not recommend the Radeon RX 550 4GB to run The Room VR: A Dark Matter on 1440p. Even turned down to its medium graphics setting, the frame rates would not be high enough to deliver a playable experience. With 32 FPS Low 1440p being the only 1440p option of much value.

In summary, the Radeon RX 550 4GB is only really suitable for running The Room VR: A Dark Matter on a small laptop screen but may get some playable frame rates up to high graphics.
