Playing Disintegration on the Radeon Vega Frontier Edition 16GB, which is a 4 year old graphics card will likely deliver a solid 62 FPS. Those frames are achieved on Disintegration when being played at 1920x1080 screen resolution and on High graphics.
Its probably best not to run the Radeon Vega Frontier Edition 16GB on ultra 1440p with Disintegration, but it would still achieve a satisfactory 47 frame rate at High.
To summarise, you may be toying with the idea that a 1440p resolution could be achieved with this Radeon Vega Frontier Edition 16GB graphics card, but in so doing you would have to drop the graphics settings to pretty Low according to our assessment. But let the Disintegration frame rate numbers decide and guide. 1080p Medium 92 FPS, 1080p High setting: 62 FPS, 1080p Ultra setting: 44 FPS, 1440p Low setting: 89 FPS, 1440p Medium setting: 70 FPS.
