Apex Legends

Radeon RX 550 2GB

Low Vs Ultra Radeon RX 550 2GB Performance Review

Running a Radeon RX 550 2GB to play Apex Legends shows us that we expect it to have a low FPS of 38 frames per second. Note that those results would be running at High and 1920x1080 screen res.

In lieu of those results we would not recommend the Radeon RX 550 2GB to run Apex Legends on 1440p. Running it at 1440p Medium is certainly something that the Radeon RX 550 2GB could do. Returning a playable 43 frames a second on the reasonably large resolution setting of 2560x1440. But by contrast Ultra 1080p will get 27 FPS on Apex Legends.

Low vs Ultra summary, certainly a good resolution range for this game would be 1080p. Apex Legends will get a 1080p Low 71 FPS, or 1080p Medium 56 FPS, and a passable 1080p High 38 FPS, whereas the 1080p Ultra can still get up to 27 FPS.
