Booting up Tokyo dark with the 2 year old Radeon RX 5700 8GB looks like it will get a very strong 200+ FPS. With that performance recorded at 1920x1080 res when running High graphics.
As this is a relatively powerful GPU, especially when comparing it to Tokyo dark rec requirements, it would make more sense if you pushed it up to 1440p or 4K, where even at Ultra 4K graphics settings the Radeon RX 5700 8GB will still get a solid 148 FPS.
With a system housing a graphics card like the Radeon RX 5700 8GB and some 4GB RAM, we will see a strong 4K Ultra result in Tokyo dark. Look for a processor like the AMD Ryzen 7 2700X CPU to go with this setup and Ultra is a sure thing.
To summarise, this is an easy one, the Radeon RX 5700 8GB solution can play Tokyo dark at Ultra settings despite the desired screen resolution (up to 4K) you want to play it on. 4K Ultra gets 148 frame rate, whereby we see 200+ frame rate for the 1440p Ultra and if you wish to look at 1080p gaming then 200+ frames per second is the type of results. Using the graphics card launch price we calculate the cost per frame to look like this for the different resolutions - 1080p Ultra costs $1.07, 1440p costs $1.41 and 4K costs $2.36.
