Agony

GeForce RTX 3080 8GB Mobile

Low Vs Ultra GeForce RTX 3080 8GB Mobile Performance Review

After playing Agony on a GeForce RTX 3080 8GB Mobile it will get a very strong 200+ FPS. That base FPS is at 1080p and High visual settings.

As this is a relatively powerful GPU, especially when comparing it to Agony rec requirements, it would make more sense if you pushed it up to 1440p or 4K, where even at Ultra 4K graphics settings the GeForce RTX 3080 8GB Mobile will still get a solid 117 FPS.

With a system housing a graphics card like the GeForce RTX 3080 8GB Mobile and some 6GB RAM, we will see a strong 4K Ultra result in Agony.

In summary, the performance delivered by this graphics card easily overpowers that needed by Agony. We expect to get a very strong frame rate of 200+ FPS at 1080p Ultra, but would advise moving up to 1440p Ultra to get 196 frames per second or even 117 FPS at 4K Ultra as the GeForce RTX 3080 8GB Mobile can handle this. It just comes down to your preferred resolution then tweak your graphics settings to deliver the desired effects, without a care for performance.
