Max Payne 4

GeForce GTX 980 Ti 6GB

Low Vs Ultra GeForce GTX 980 Ti 6GB Performance Review

Getting the Max Payne 4 running while using a GeForce GTX 980 Ti 6GB can see it could get a very strong 106 FPS. Those frames are achieved on Max Payne 4 when being played at 1920x1080 screen resolution and on High graphics.

The 58 FPS on 1440p Ultra setting is a great way of running this game with this GPU. You can still consider pushing it up to 4K, where it can get 48FPS on High 4K or perhaps drop it to Medium 4K, where it increases to 71 FPS. Mind you this equates to a $11.19 cost per 1440p Ultra frame, based on the graphics card’s original release price.

In summary, the GeForce GTX 980 Ti 6GB is clearly an overpowered bit of hardware for Max Payne 4, but it certainly gives you the choice of desired in game visuals. With 1080p Ultra coming in at 76 FPS, then you have 1440p Ultra with 58 frames per second and on up to 4K resolution Ultra will see 34 FPS.
