The starting races will include the High Elves, Dark Elves, Lizardmen and a fourth race that we believe to be Skaven. Total War: Warhammer 2

GeForce RTX 2060 4GB GDDR6

Low Vs Ultra GeForce RTX 2060 4GB GDDR6 Performance Review

Booting up Total War: Warhammer 2 with the 2 year old GeForce RTX 2060 4GB GDDR6 looks like it will return a consistently high 124 frame rate. Which is at High settings on 1080p performance.

The GeForce RTX 2060 4GB GDDR6 is going to do great at 1440p. We can see that in Ultra 1440p we will avg around 52 FPS. At High setting it gets 73FPS, but it is also capable of bumping up to 4K in High settings. 4K High will return 44 FPS or 4K Medium gets 65 FPS. Converting this into a cost per FPS we are looking at $0 on High settings and $0 at Medium.

In summary, we feel that the GeForce RTX 2060 4GB GDDR6 looks and performs great on 1440p resolution. So if you want a 1440p Total War: Warhammer 2 experience it will generate 138 FPS on Low 1440p graphics setting, 109 FPS when on Medium 1440p, 73 FPS when played at High settings and down to 52 FPS when turned up to Ultra on 1440p. You might still be looking for 1080p though to get some higher smoother FPS, where you could get 89 FPS at Ultra 1080p resolution. So something to think about.
