Total War: Warhammer 2

Radeon RX 560D 2GB

Low Vs Ultra Radeon RX 560D 2GB Performance Review

Viewing the performance found on the 4 year old Radeon RX 560D 2GB while playing Total War: Warhammer 2 we quickly see it can end with a bearable 50 FPS. Those frames are achieved on Total War: Warhammer 2 when being played at 1920x1080 screen resolution and on High graphics.

This GPU could comfortably run 1440p at Ultra graphics but you could also consider bumping it up to 4K resolution, which would get 52 frames per second on Medium settings and 23 on High.

To summarise, we are getting in to the realm of a passable gaming experience at 1440p screen resolution with this Radeon RX 560D 2GB. It’s still not a done deal though and depends where your gaming interests lie. Are you looking for bigger screen resolutions or are we after a buttery smooth high visual experience. Because when considering low vs ultra settings we think you might enjoy some 1440p Total War: Warhammer 2 action but at a bit of a graphics setting cost. Take a look at some numbers to see which best fits your needs. 1080p High setting: 50 FPS, 1080p Ultra setting: 66 FPS, 1440p Medium setting: 87 FPS, 1440p High setting: 38 FPS.
