Saints Row 3 packshot image
Saints Row 3, also known as Saints Row The Third, is a third-person shooter video game being developed by Volition, Inc. and to be published by THQ for the Xbox 360, Microsoft Windows and PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Portable systems. It is the third title in the Saints Row series, after the release of Saints Row 2 in 2008. It is currently set to be released during Q3/Q4 2011. The game was set to debut at E3 2010 but did not appear to allow developer Volition to rebuild parts of the game. Spike's Video Game Awards in December 2010 were set to include a first look at the game, but developer Volition instead showed their new game, a collaboration with Guillermo Del Toro, inSANE.

Saints Row 3

GeForce RTX 2060 Max-Q

Low Vs Ultra GeForce RTX 2060 Max-Q Performance Review

Booting up Saints Row 3 with the 1 year old GeForce RTX 2060 Max-Q looks like it will get a very strong 200+ FPS. Which is at High settings on 1080p performance.

But then the GeForce RTX 2060 Max-Q will get a solid big screen performance at 4K, with 134 frames per second. So we expect you are likely to consider running the game in 4K or 1440p. If you are interested, this is a cost of $0 per FPS, assuming we take it based on the GPU’s launch price.

This graphics card, paired with at least 4GB system memory would be perfect to run this game at 4K Ultra.

To summarise, this is an easy one, the GeForce RTX 2060 Max-Q solution can play Saints Row 3 at Ultra settings despite the desired screen resolution (up to 4K) you want to play it on. 4K Ultra gets 134 frame rate, whereby we see 200+ frame rate for the 1440p Ultra and if you wish to look at 1080p gaming then 200+ frames per second is the type of results. Using the graphics card launch price we calculate the cost per frame to look like this for the different resolutions - 1080p Ultra costs $0, 1440p costs $0 and 4K costs $0.
