Saints Row 3 packshot image
Saints Row 3, also known as Saints Row The Third, is a third-person shooter video game being developed by Volition, Inc. and to be published by THQ for the Xbox 360, Microsoft Windows and PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Portable systems. It is the third title in the Saints Row series, after the release of Saints Row 2 in 2008. It is currently set to be released during Q3/Q4 2011. The game was set to debut at E3 2010 but did not appear to allow developer Volition to rebuild parts of the game. Spike's Video Game Awards in December 2010 were set to include a first look at the game, but developer Volition instead showed their new game, a collaboration with Guillermo Del Toro, inSANE.

Saints Row 3

GeForce GTX 2050

Low Vs Ultra GeForce GTX 2050 Performance Review

We can see that when playing Saints Row 3 with a GeForce GTX 2050 will return a consistently high 200+ frame rate. Which is at High settings on 1080p performance.

Playing Saints Row 3 on Ultra 4k is certainly possible with this graphics card and we expect it will return around 85 frames per second at that top scale resolution.

Finding a PC with this gpu or better would return some strong FPS in Saints Row 3. We would definitely recommend running at 4K screen res and on ultra, before trying any lower screen resolution. You would also need at least 4GB of RAM.

In summary, Ultra graphics setting is highly achievable with this GeForce GTX 2050 card, but what monitor resolution are you looking to play Saints Row 3 at, because you can get 85 FPS at Ultra 4K. But perhaps you feel better served at 1440p, where you would get 142 frames per second on Ultra 1440p. Lower the resolution further and you get a blistering 187 FPS at 1080p Ultra.
