Saints Row 3 packshot image
Saints Row 3, also known as Saints Row The Third, is a third-person shooter video game being developed by Volition, Inc. and to be published by THQ for the Xbox 360, Microsoft Windows and PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Portable systems. It is the third title in the Saints Row series, after the release of Saints Row 2 in 2008. It is currently set to be released during Q3/Q4 2011. The game was set to debut at E3 2010 but did not appear to allow developer Volition to rebuild parts of the game. Spike's Video Game Awards in December 2010 were set to include a first look at the game, but developer Volition instead showed their new game, a collaboration with Guillermo Del Toro, inSANE.

Saints Row 3

Radeon RX 560 2GB

Low Vs Ultra Radeon RX 560 2GB Performance Review

Running a Radeon RX 560 2GB to play Saints Row 3 shows us that we expect it to return a consistently high 200+ frame rate. Those frames are achieved on Saints Row 3 when being played at 1920x1080 screen resolution and on High graphics.

This GPU and game match up means this graphics hardware can comfortably play Saints Row 3 at 4K. We expect to see around the 99 FPS mark on Ultra 4K.

Finding a PC with this gpu or better would return some strong FPS in Saints Row 3. We would definitely recommend running at 4K screen res and on ultra, before trying any lower screen resolution. You would also need at least 4GB of RAM.

To summarise, this game runs easily using this graphics card at all resolutions. Saints Row 3 gets 99 FPS at 4K Ultra costing $1.51 per frame. But if that doesnt feel right for you then you can drop the graphics setting down to High for 139 FPS costing $1.07 per frame. Otherwise you can get some great performance by moving down a resolution bracket to 1440p. 167 FPS in Ultra 1440p costing $0.89 per frame or 1440p High gets 200+ FPS costing $0.64 per frame.
