will it be good if i combined it with a 7750
Go for FX-6300
does a mainboard that supports am3,also supports am3+? (sorry 4 english)
do u mean support for am3+ procs? or ur mobo is am3 and ur asking for an am3+ proc be supported by ur am3 board?
Some mobos have their BIOS optimized to support AM3+ processors, but only some of them, you should check very well the specifications of your mobo and what version of BIOS it have so you can check if it supports AM3+
like he said, go to the mobo manufacturer's site for more detailed info, look for this "cpu support list", check if fx procies is supported
can this handle my PC HD 7850 FLING FORCE?
better than your current cpu :)
yes it can handle it
yah … im saving money for my cpu upgrade , ty
np buddy :)
Get at least FX-4350/6300/6350
my cpu is 0% better than this :D
will my rig able to handle all upcoming games in high at that resolution???
or should i need any upgrade???
on your res on ultra
i see this has a 9 as a rating so that means its retty good and its cheep too i was wondering if this cpu is any good for next gen games and how will it run on a 500w psu? thanks :)
it may go with a 500 w psu but for future gaming i dont know it will be good for 1-2 years from now hoped it helped :)
thanks it did i already got my fx-6100 already and im happy :)
Should I look to upgrade my cpu?? And is it necessary to upgrade it, for games now and in a few years time?? (I'm on a tight budget).
maybe not now but next year it would be good to upgrade your cpu
Hey there how far should I overclock my cpu to run a 7970 ghz without bottleneck??
Get a better cpu, that would be best, of course i've saw a few people oc our cpu to 4.0 ghz and it runs fine.
this GPU wouldn't be bottlenecked too bad anyway, even with stock speed, but bottlenecking to any extent isn't something thats good.
Could my mobo handel this? Asus P5N73-CM?
It won't - you'll need a mobo with an AM3+ socket, like these: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=100007625%20600138080&IsNodeId=1&bop=And&ShowDeactivatedMark=False&Order=RATING&PageSize=20
hey guys, will my CPU bottleneck my GPU ??
negligibly still will offer most of its performance you may not even notice it
Yep negligibly, give it a little boost to 3.9-4GHz.
Thanks for your opinions guys…So do you guys think that I should overclock my i5-650 ???
Yes you should, your CPU is bottlenecking your GPU so any OC would be welcome.
