I believe this CPU's multiplier is locked, however it still offers decent over-clocking; some can hit 3.9 GHz or beyond on air but as always…start small, and know your limitations. Another nice thing about this CPU is that it can under-volted - even whilst over-clocked! Makes the stock fan much quieter :)
