I paid about $20-25 (R$70) on E8400 here in Brazil, not too expensive. You need a LGA 775 board which supports FSB 1333.

sorry for late reply… change the GPU… i can play all the newest games with my system… so if u upgrade graphics card u will be able to play everything… 4 gb ram needs upgrade also,but GT9600? i doubt u will play any decent games…
