i suggest you to go for a b350 motherboard instead of the x370. spend your money elsewhere.

I would like to suggest going to wwww.bottlenecker.com. It will tell you if you have any obvious bottlenecks. With a 1060 6gb and a R5 1600 it is minimal. Anything under a 10% bottleneck is excellent. For the motherboard I chose the ASUS Strix X370-F motherboard. It has more than enough I/O ports and motherboard headers than you would need. X370 motherboards tend to have better VRMs and memory support than a B350 motherboards.

I would recommend you the Asus Prime B350 Plus. Its cheap for a full sized ATX, it looks not half bad and arguably the best BIOS/UEFI that is regularly updated for the AM4 platform compared to their competitors

Not much, mostly BF1, BF4 Multiplayer. And graphic settings for me are not so important to either HIGH or ULTRA. It's important to me, that the games are stable. Or enough for me i5 4460 for that Gaming?

BF1 in multiplayer is quite cpu heavy and its heavily threaded too (optimized for more cores usage) so you will get better minimum fps on r5 1600 (less stutter/smoother experience) compared to weaker i5-4460.

The same goes for mine too. I have to up the voltage quite a lot more if I would want to go above 3.7ghz.
So far 3.7ghz seems like the sweetspot with a stock cooler for me.

Did you do it via the bios or the ryzen master application? because i own a ryzen5 1400 and it overclocks at lower voltages better at bios, only problem that i like using the processor with variable p-states/c-states.

212Evo costs about USD30 and the cheapest liquid AIO 120mm i could find is at USD50. Besides, liquid cooling would be overkill for my usage and I like fans spinning on the cpu socket so, fan and heatsink for me.

This…Value for money! Ryzen kicks ass in Multithread performance. If you are ONLY gaming and nothing else and want the best FPS performance then go for the Intel one.

Yeap! It's great and with some OC up to 3.8Ghz you can cover the lost ground of Instructions Per Clock(IPC) and gain 5-7 FPS in some games.
