If it's only to play games, this CPU will be more than enough. It is a beast of a CPU. If you intend to do video editing or live streaming, it will be still quite good but the i7 will be better. I'd say for you go for the 4690k and OC later

Personally, I think I5-4690k is powerful enough for nowadays' games. However, I do predict that I7 will get more benefit in gaming in the future sooner or later as it may need more threads to perform well.Eventually, it's depend on you.:)

Yes, mate. I think you can go it for lowest settings at 1366*768. However, if I were you, I would consider upgrading GPU and ram first and upgrading CPU right after the GPU is a good idea in my opinion.

yea you're right . but what's a good price-performing GPU ? I am very tight on budget so I need a mid-range GPU I don't want to ULTRA games, I will be happy with medium or tweaked high :) please suggest thanks

I would suggest either GTX 750Ti and 760, mate. I personally have no experience with 7th series however, yet my GTX 660 was doing just fine in tweaked high at 1366*768. Hope my words help you. :)
