if you have a mobo that suport oc just raise the bus frequency and you will get a bit oc(it will gain you 100+- mhz, more could be risky too your pc to boot windows), this cpu at stock doesn't work with all cores at 3.9ghz, they work a 3.7ghz…

I have this CPU and it's great for non-OC people like me. Sure the other models are cheaper but I chose this cuz this is the highest-end prox for the generation.

Runs great with Hyper 212x for the cpu cooler.

sorry i'm miscalculated but i think nobody going to reply so i didn't changed it.
H81 socket 1150 mobo it cheaper than i thought but between 4690+new mobo and 3770+same mobo i prefer 3770 because it's better with more price of course and i don't have to worry about new mobo isn't fit with my case.
what do you think?

I would say to keep your mobo , if that i7 3770 can fit on it . Well , is it sure that it can fit? Because as far as i know , you cant put a 3rd gen intel to a mobo that supports 2nd gen intel .

Guys,
Should I replace my CPU with this one, or upgrade my GPU? I was thinking of GTX 960…. But at the moment buying both is definitely not an option. Thanx, please help me decide.

Personally I don't think 370 to 960 are a worthy upgrade, you will see a little increase, but not too much to brag about.
Only option I can suggest are either intel i5 or going a tier up to GTX 970. If you want better graphics a GPU upgrade would do more, but then again an i3 might bottleneck a 970 in some games.
But I won't under any circumstances recommend a GPU upgrade from 370 to 960, the improvements would be too small…

Thank you very much. A 970 is out of the question. I would need a new PSU, not to mention that gtx 970 is VERY expensive in my country. One can easily buy a fully functional car for the price of a 970!

Thank you and I will take your advice: I am buying an i5-4690.

That sounds expensive, and I though Norway were expensive. Anyway I think your doing the right choice by going for an i5, as the gap between 370 and 960 are too low :)

Cabinet cooler won't cool the CPU, but only lowering the air temp inside your cabinet. If you want to overclock you should get an aftermarket cooler to prevent high temps and damage to your CPU ;)
Stock cooler will do just fine if you don't do any overclocking.
