The Intel Xeon E5345 is an old server processor based on the Clovertown Core of the Core microarchitecture. It consumes quite a bit of power for its speed, and the lack of L3 cache holds it back in modern tasks. Therefore, it is not suitable for modern gaming, although games from the same time period or that are non-demanding should run fine.

Not bad CPU's. Can't quite agree on the description though, the ones I've got on my workstation work like clockwork and can run most modern day games without too much hassle :)
