Xeon E3-1245 v3 is a Server Processor based on the 22nm, Haswell architecture.


It offers 4 Physical Cores (8 Logical), initially clocked at 3.4GHz, which may go up to 3.8GHz and 8MB of L3 Cache.
Among its many features, HyperThreading, Turbo Boost and Virtualization are activated.


The processor integrates relatively powerful Graphics called Intel HD Graphics P4600, with 20 Execution Units, initially clocked at 350MHz and that go up to 1200MHz, in Turbo Mode which share the L2 Cache and system RAM with the processor.
Both the processor and integrated graphics have a rated board TDP of 84W.


Though not created for gaming purposes, its performance is exceptionally good and enough for even the most demanding applications.

correct, the description is still from the v2, the Ivy-Bridge version. I requested this version to be added last week, the other specifications in the table are correct, its just the socket and the description that are wrong.

Wow, you having this processor? I really want to know, how this one performes compared to i7 3770, i too really likes this processor(probably 1230 v3 i dont need igpu) than i7 for comparatively low price, what are the differences to i7 in performance to gaming?
