Why this particular CPU? You should get a K chip with an unlocked multiplier to be able to OC. However, I'd go with an FX 8320. It's cheaper and definitely not weaker at all than this one.

it says that this gets a good 45 percent better performance then the cpu i got. which is a good difference and uses less power to get that and i don't think AMD cpu's are that good at efficiency… and here it costs about the same just AMD boards cost more… where i am and Intel is the cheaper option for me :)

also this cpu supports all the Instruction sets which is very important to me :) I Don't need a 8 core beast CPU for gaming :) even though it sounds great i just need cpu thats good for Home Cinema and That Game Decently :) i7 here is to expensive and for me to spend that on something totally unnecessary not worth it… i5 how ever is not that expensive and decent just not sure about this one?

This is a decent CPU, but if you're not picking a 'K' one, you should get one that's higher factory clocked.

Yeah, it wold be better to get a higher clocked chip if you're not buying the K version.

You gotta decide that. I wouldn't change the CPU if I were you. There's no bottleneck there, so I don't really see a reason to spend that much money.
If you really want usb 3, you could just buy a PCI slot card that has a few USB 3's on it. Something like this should do, I suppose.

You're welcome!
As for the PCI-E 3, there's no difference in performance. All PCI-E's perform practically the same.
Check this out.

Yeah, because the 3.0 only has a doubled bandwidth over the 2.0 and even the today's high-end cards don't need that extra bandwidth. The PCI-E 3.0 is purely for marketing.
