So it says my CPU is 1% better but I'm not sure if I believe it since the i5 4440 is so much newer. Thinking about getting this (since my mobo may die soon)

Here should explain. Bigger L1/L3 Cache, uses less energy, operates at lower tempuratures, etc. In honesty, almost any i5 could trump any AMD APU Processor. The appeal of an APU is the in-built graphics, not the processing power. In that case a more comparable AMD processor would be something from the FX-Series, preferably an 83XX.

Anyone know the best performing NVidia GPU I could pair up with this? I currently have a 660, just checking for the future. Could I run a 780 without bottlenecks?

You could run a 780ti and this without bottlenecking, a 780 will be fine.
