The GPU is a little weak you really don't need this good of a processor if you're planning on running the 7570

It is the turbo boost that is why he just mainly has his system set for extreme settings which would allow the boost to happen.

Well non K models can not be overclocked that is a fact and everyone knows it.
Oh and you can even go on tomshardware and that site people will tell you that non K Intel i5/i7 series can not be over clocked at all.
But hey no one would bother the believe it as well since you made your post in January and never verified your system to show that it is overclocked.

Would this bottleneck with a GTX 780?

Would my performance change by upgrading to this processor?

If not, then what would you suggest I upgrade to?

Thanks.

  1. Yes, even you match it with a GeForce GTX 980, it wont bottleneck.
  2. Of course, this one is better than yours, and it is more futureproof for next gen gaming, as we know, today's game needs a powerfull quad core to run.
  3. If you have more budget to spend, I will recommend you this CPU.

Good luck.
