The GeForce RTX 2080 Galax EX OC 8GB is a High-End Graphics Card based on the Turing Architecture and is suitable for 1440p or 4K gaming. This is a 2.75-slot graphics card with dual 100mm fans, silent extreme technology, five composite heat pipes, aluminium backplate, and RGB Effect lighting. Architecture
It equips a Turing GPU Codenamed TU104. More specifically, it uses the TU104-400A-A1 variant which means factor overclocks are permitted. This is a First Gen Turing GPU and has 20 SM activated, offering 2944 Shader Processing Units, 184 TMUs, and 64 ROPs. The Turing architecture provides the world's first consumer support for real-time ray-tracing (RTX) technology. It also has 368 Tensor Cores for AI purposes.
