The Radeon RX 570 Sapphire Nitro+ 4GB is a high performing piece of gaming hardware, still confidently featuring in PC gamer computers. All games with system requirements of DirectX 12 or lower are met by this card.

What FPS performance can the Radeon RX 570 Sapphire Nitro+ 4GB get on latest AAA 2019 games? In particular our game review looks at the FPS achieved running on Ultra graphics settings on the 1080p screen resolution as well as 1440p and 4K. Of the 1000 most demanding recommended specs found in game requirements today, this gpu is more powerful than the graphics requirement of 639 games in todays list.

The 1080p FPS on Ultra for the Radeon RX 570 Sapphire Nitro+ 4GB shows us that Microsoft Flight Simulator is predicted to get a playable result of 28 FPS, and then we are seeing Star Wars: Jedi - Fallen Order returning a playable 28 FPS while another game on our list is the Halo: Reach which is getting 155 frames per second at Ultra 1080p.

One of the growing popular screen resolutions for PC gaming is the wider 1440p. So we wanted to see how well the Radeon RX 570 Sapphire Nitro+ 4GB performed at 1440p by taking a look at some of the current popular games. First we looked at Star Wars: Jedi - Fallen Order and saw it deliver weak frames per second across the following graphics settings - Low: 56 FPS, Medium: 44 FPS, High: 30 FPS and Ultra: 21 FPS. We then checked the performance on Halo: Reach to see if that runs well. It was strong with a 118 FPS at Ultra 1440p. Radeon RX 570 Sapphire Nitro+ 4GB Game Requirement Analysis

Overview
First off we should point out that this is not the new AMD Vega graphics card line. These new AMD Radeon RX 500 series cards are an uprated version of the RX 400 series that they are replacing. This Sapphire RX 570 graphics card is one of the higher performance models from the new AMD Radeon RX 500 Series.
The AMD Sapphire Nitro+ RX 570 4GB graphics card is a small form factor RX 570, released in April 2017 as an AMD performance gaming graphics card. This card competes against Nvidia's GTX 1050 Ti and replaces the older Radeon RX 470. As a Polaris refresh, the RX 570 runs at a slightly faster clock speed than the RX 470.

Architecture
It is powered by the 14nm Pollaris 20 GPU, which has 2048 shader processing units, 128 TMUs and 32 ROPs.

GPU
The Sapphire Nitro+ RX 570 processing central unit runs at 1168MHz and goes up to 1340MHz, when the boost mode is triggered. The reference RX 570 card's boost clock is 1244MHz

Memory
The Sapphire Nitro+ RX 570 comes with a 4GB frame buffer of GDDR5, through a 256-bit memory interface, while the memory clock operates at 1750MHz.

Power Consumption
The Sapphire Nitro+ RX 570 has a rated board TDP of 195W, it requires at least a 500W PSU with one available 8-pin connector.

Performance
The AMD RX 570 Sapphire Nitro+ delivers a Mid/High graphical performance for 2017. with the RX570 capable of running most triple AAA titles released during 2017 on medium to high graphics settings at a 1080p screen resolution. With some adjustments and lowering anti aliasing this RX570 4GB card can confidently maintain 60+ frames per seconds on high graphic settings at 1080p. Moving to 1440p screen resolution and the graphics card may need to be adjusted down to medium in order to maintain 50-60+ fps.
System Suggestions
The RX 570 is best suited for resolutions up to and including 1920x1080. We recommend a mid range R5 Ryzen processor and at least 8GB of system memory for optimal gaming performance from the RX 570.
