The Central Unit now runs at 1241MHz, instead of 1127MHz and goes up to 1304MHz, in Turbo Mode.

The Operating Memory Clock remains the same while the Frame Buffer was doubled to 4GB: a gimmick which doesn't yield any performance boost and can be considered market to lure consumers into paying more for the same product.


Cooling Solution
The reference NVIDIA Single-Fan Cooling System has been replaced by Gigabyte's WINDFORCE 3X cooling system which is equipped with high performance pure cooper heat-pipes which direct touch the GPU can strengthen the speed of heat dissipation.
