Radeon R9 270X Asus DirectCU II 4GB Edition Game Requirement Analysis

Radeon R9 270X Asus DirectCU II 4GB Edition is a special edition of the high-end Radeon R9 270X.
This edition comes with a custom cooling system called "DirectCU II", which reduces the card's temperature under load, significantly and comes overclocked out of the box in the central unit that was increased from 1000MHz to 1050MHz, while the Boost clock is now of 1100MHz. Furthermore the frame buffer was doubled to 4GB. However, this is a gimmick and it will not yield any extra performance, thus the card offers exactly the same performance that 2GB version does.
Benchmarks indicate a 2.5% performance boost over the standard edition and so this card performs on level with a Radeon HD 7950.
