I think it would, but you're better off getting a more efficient card if you don't intend on upgrading your PSU any time soon. It's just best to keep your rig future proof ;)
The GTX 770 is a good card to keep in mind

thanks, bro! :) just i dont want nvidia because amd is cheaper and gta 5 (its the game that im going to play the most) has pretty big change to get mantle support(at least what i have read).
