Radeon R9 280 HIS IceQ OC 3GB Edition is a special edition of the high-end Radeon R9 280.
This edition comes with a custom cooling system, which reduces the card's temperature under load significantly and comes overclocked out of the box in the central unit that was increased from 827MHz to 847MHz, while the Boost clock is now of 953MHz. The operating memory clock was left untouched.
Benchmarks indicate a 4% performance boost over the standard edition and so this edition is more powerful than GeForce GTX 760.
