Radeon R9 280 XFX Double D Black 3GB Edition is a special edition of the high-end Radeon R9 280.
This edition comes with a custom cooling system, which reduces the card's temperature under load, significantly and comes overclocked out of the box in the central unit that was increased from 827MHz to 933MHz, while the Boost clock is now of 1000MHz. Furthermore, the operating memory clock was increased to 1300MHz.
Benchmarks indicate a 3% performance boost over the standard edition and so this edition is more powerful than GeForce GTX 760.

Although my CPU is a bottleneck until I buy an FX-8320, I must say this card is VERY silent and its' two cooling fans are doing an excellent job. Highly recommended to everyone who's looking a good value/performance ratio.

750W is a factory assurance that will run the card with no problems. You will be fine with any power supply that has at least 550W, as long as it is an established manufacturer (XFX, Corsair, Seasonic, Antec and Cooler Master) because their PSU's have a high efficiency.
