Radeon R9 290 Asus DirectCU II OC Edition is a special edition of the high-end Radeon R9 290.

well, as long as it has 1x6pin and 1x8pin connector it will be able to run it but as it says on the package "recomended power supply 750 watts" so.. other components of your rig should not consume more than 250 wats.

yes it has (1x8,,,2 or 3 x6 and more)but the card says it consumes 275 w max….so the other parts should be no more of 350w ? cant understand where the other watt went..

well, it says that it consumes 275w but actually it can consume up to 300 when gaming so i would recomend you have some spare 25-50 watts just in case.

let me tell u what i have so u can judge for me if u can.My psu has 4 12v rails 18A each (combined it says 56)further the r9 290 this or tri-x i plan needs i think stock 22-31A.card needs up to 320 w,cpu 150.1 hdd sata,1dvdrw,1fan+mb=100w?
