Ofcourse you can. You can use this graphics card with any CPU as long as you've got atleast a 450W PSU. If you are asking about bottlenecking, the cpu will probabily be a bit of a bottleneck in some games with high requirements. But my questions is why would you want it? I can see you've got a 750 Ti which is better.
