GeForce GTX 780 Zotac AMP! Edition Game Requirement Analysis

GeForce GTX 780 Zotac AMP! Edition is a special edition of the high-end GeForce GTX 780.
This edition comes with a custom triple fan cooling solution which by itself should allow a slight performance boost, as GeForce GTX 780 benefits from the GPU Boost 2.0 technology.
Also, it has been overclocked out of the box from 863MHz to 1006MHz while its boost clock is now of 1058MHz. The memory clock was increased to 1552MHz.
Benchmarks indicate a 13% performance boost when compared to the reference card and so this edition performs reasonably better than GeForce GTX Titan.

I'm using Hardware Monitor to look at the usage from both CPU and GPU during my gameplay… Turns out GPU usually goes to 75-80% and CPU 50-55% … I guess they are doing fine? Just wanted to know why the GPU isn't at 100% when AC4 isn't even running at 60 FPS locked
