GeForce GTX 760 Asus DirectCU II OC Edition Game Requirement Analysis

GeForce GTX 760 Asus DirectCU II OC Edition is a special edition of GeForce GTX 760.
This edition comes with a custom dual-fan cooling solution which by itself should allow a slight performance boost, as GeForce GTX 760 benefits from the GPU Boost 2.0 technology.
Also, it has been overclocked out of the box from 980MHz to 1006MHz while its boost clock is now of 1072MHz. The memory clock was left untouched.
Benchmarks indicate a 3% performance boost when compared to the reference card and so this edition still performs worse than GeForce GTX 670.

I need some help :/. I am thinking of Buying this card, but i have no idea if it will fit in my case. ( currently have a radeon xfx 6850, and that fits fine, have a mid tower case (Thermal take v3 black edition) ), also i am not sure if my powersupply will be enough( 650w) and i am worried it wont be supported/fit on my motherboard… Sorry for all the questions, just want to make sure it fits and works well! Thank you in advance!!

If your motherboard has PCI Express 3.0 or 2.0 it is compatible. This edition of the graphics card is smaller than the others so it is most likely to fit in. Your power supply is perfect. I have a 500W one and this videocard goes well. The Core i5-3570K eats a small amount of energy so it will be perfectly fine. If you are not sure about the PCI Ex slot, tell me the model of your motherboard. But your motherboard most likely has the 2.0 slot :).

I looked up on google and your motherboard has the PCIEx slot 3.0 You will pull out all the performace with the 3.0 slot. The performance of this card is awesome. With my i5-2320 it pulls somewhere around 60 fps on BF3 ultra settings. I recommend you this card. It is totally worth the money :D

Sorry, I just saw my mistake, I wanted to say upgrade your CPU, not GPU. An i5-3570 would be very good for this card.

According to the comparative on this very same page ( http://www.game-debate.com/cpu/index.php?pid=1143&pid2=903&compare=fx-8320-vs-core-i5-3570-3-4ghz ) , the FX 8320 is 14% better in theoric performance than the i5-3570, so, if I'm not mistaken, that wouldn't be an upgrade, but downgrade…

…Correct me if I'm wrong. Now, I'm seriously considering an upgrade to FX 8350 + Asus GTX 760 DirectCU II OC Edition + 8 to 16 BG RAM… I think it should be a kick-ass set up.
Excuse me if my english isn't perfect.
