Radeon HD 7950 MSI TwinFrozr Boost Edition is a special edition of the high-end Radeon HD 7950 Boost Edition.
This edition comes with a custom cooling solution called Twin Frozr III Thermal Design which is 10ºC cooler & 13.7dB quieter than reference design, according to MSI and overclocking out of the box in the core-clock that was increase by 30MHz to 880MHz while the Turbo Boost is now of 960MHz.
Expect a 2.5% performance boost when compared to the reference Radeon HD 7950 Boost Edition.

Jus bought this card or a version of it. Mine is 7950 OC BE and has the 7970 PCB with 1 6pin and 1 8 pin and defaults at 960 all the time. Also I noticed a weird thing in GPU-z. At bus interface in says PCI-E 3.0 x16 @ x4 3.0 even under load. I use a ASUS B85 MOBO could be there a problem. Also this is the first AMD GPU I test on it. Performance loss is less than 2-3% but still Im wondering why it isnt running @x16 3.0.

Resolved the issue, now it runs @x16. It needed a reseat and some bios settings or maybe only the reseat, but Im happy that now works fine. It OCs like hell.

wish I had bought a second when it was $198 at Micro Center :( Oh wells, got 2 MSI TF 7970s OC BE for $300. Still waiting to stick them in, motherboard doesn't like the second PCI-E slot of some reason :P
