12 Jan 2020 - Graphics card reviewed

How well will the GeForce GTX 670 EVGA FTW+ 4GB Edition run 2020 games? We will take a look at the biggest releases and frames per second analysis on Ultra graphics settings. We look at 1000 of the most demanding games available today and this GPU is better than the recommended graphics requirement of more than 178 games in the list.

Looking at some of the modern popular games people are playing today the GeForce GTX 670 EVGA FTW+ 4GB Edition is running Need For Speed Heat and delivering weak performances on 1080p Ultra, getting 17 frames per second. Comparing this to Grand Theft Auto VI which is predicted to get weak results, where it averages 0 FPS. Another popular game we looked at is Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, which is running at 11 frames per second.

People are turning their increasingly more powerful graphics cards to the popular 1440p screen size so we tested the GeForce GTX 670 EVGA FTW+ 4GB Edition to see how it performs on 1440p. First off we have looked at Need For Speed Heat where it was weak. The frame rates it scored for the game presets were - Low: 33 FPS, Medium: 26 FPS, High: 18 FPS and Ultra: 13 FPS. We added Grand Theft Auto VI to our research and predict it will be weak with a 0 FPS at Ultra 1440p. And then tested Call of Duty: Modern Warfare which got 8 FPS at Ultra 1440p. GeForce GTX 670 EVGA FTW+ 4GB Edition Game Requirement Analysis

GeForce GTX 670 EVGA FTW+ 4GB Edition is a Special Edition of the powerful GeForce GTX 670. See the standard version for more information about it.
The new features include an increase in the core-clock that went from 915MHz to 1006MHz while the Turbo Boost is now of 1084MHz. The memory clock was left untouched but the frame buffer was doubled to 4GB. However, this GPU does not benefit from extra memory and so that feature is useless.

The performance boost is significant and about 5% better than GeForce GTX 670, according to most benchmarks.
Even the most demanding games will run at the highest settings.
