to skyline. according to the gd, my cpu is 18% morepowerful than yours but my cpu suffer when playing games like deus ex and gta 4 where the fps is significantly lower thanother games like far cry 3. so if your game involve many AI, then it will bottleneck by a lot and vice-versa. example when i oc my gpu the fps raise infar cry 3 but fps remains same in deus ex.

it will bottleneck just a little bit, overclock your CPU to 10-15% will reduce bottleneck.. :)

it can run the mentioned game in high settings
i manage to oc this to 985/1290 with power limit max out to 15% with ccc

I say go for it :) if you upgrade your monitor first, you will have troubles with your GPU until your next graphic upgrade. You should also not notice a serious bottleneck once your have a larger resolution monitor :D
it is a good card, good price value per performance. i am using it and i overclocked it to 900mhz/1250mhz (bandwith increases from 72gb/s to 80gb/s) with 55c while after 2 hour of far cry 2 with high setting directx 10 1600x900 fan speed i set it to 90%. i play dishonored, borderlands 2 with this card and this rig with high setting.
