This is a good mid range GPU, I can run almost all games on High or Ultra with no AA and get 40+ FPS.

The 6300 can handle even more than this, you could throw a HD7970/R9-280x against it without it breaking a sweat (probably)

yes it can. Your PSU is a decent one and it can handle this card with no problem, and of course your mobo will support it :)

no need to buy new motherboard, you'll need appropriate PSU as the requirement says, also if you stacked up money try upgrade your CPU to cover its bottlenecked
