In terms of overall gaming performance, the graphical capabilities of the Nvidia GeForce Go 7200 are noticeably better than the Nvidia GeForce 7150M nForce 630M.

Mini ReviewGeForce 7150M is an integrated GPU in a NVIDIA motherboard (nForce 630M in this case).
Not only it uses shared memory, it only supports DirectX up to 9. Therefore, even old games (before 2005) will require reduced settings.
NVIDIA GeForce Go 7200 is the weakest GPU in the GeForce 7000 Series. With only up to 32MB of dedicated memory, it's already doomed from the start.
