In terms of overall gaming performance, the graphical capabilities of the Nvidia GeForce 6200 TurboCache are very slightly better than the Nvidia GeForce 6150 SE nForce 430.

The 6150 SE was released over a year more recently than the GeForce 6200 TurboCache, and so the 6150 SE is likely to have better driver support, meaning it will be more optimized for running the latest games when compared to the GeForce 6200 TurboCache.

Both GPUs exhibit very poor performance, so rather than upgrading from one to the other you should consider looking at more powerful GPUs. Neither of these will be able to run the latest games in any playable way.

The 6150 SE has 128 MB more video memory than the GeForce 6200 TurboCache, so is likely to be slightly better at displaying game textures at higher resolutions. This is supported by the fact that the 6150 SE also has superior memory performance overall.

The GeForce 6200 TurboCache has 2.8 GB/sec greater memory bandwidth than the 6150 SE, which means that the memory performance of the GeForce 6200 TurboCache is marginally better than the 6150 SE.

The GeForce 6150 SE nForce 430 has 2 Shader Processing Units and the GeForce 6200 TurboCache has 7. However, the actual shader performance of the 6150 SE is 1 and the actual shader performance of the GeForce 6200 TurboCache is 2. The GeForce 6200 TurboCache having 1 better shader performance and an altogether better performance when taking into account other relevant data means that the GeForce 6200 TurboCache delivers a marginally smoother and more efficient experience when processing graphical data than the 6150 SE.

GPU Mini Review

Mini ReviewThis GPU is the same as
GeForce 6150 SE / nForce 430 is an integrated GPU (GeForce 6150 SE, in this case) in a NVIDIA motherboard (nForce 430, in this case).
The fact it shares system RAM (up to 256 MB), the low core-clock frequency and a few more factors, lead to a very poor performance, not recommended for today's games.
Therefore, only old games can be played at high settings with decent FPS while today's demanding games are unplayable.
The NVIDIA GeForce 6500 and 6200 graphics processing units (GPUs) featuring NVIDIA TurboCache technology take full advantage of the PCI Express bus to deliver the turbocharged system performance you need to play all the hottest games and applications.
