In terms of overall gaming performance, the graphical capabilities of the Nvidia GeForce 320M are significantly better than the AMD Radeon HD 6320.

The Radeon HD 6320 has a 50 MHz higher core clock speed than the GeForce 320M, but the GeForce 320M has 8 more Texture Mapping Units than the Radeon HD 6320. As a result, the GeForce 320M exhibits a 3.2 GTexel/s better Texture Fill Rate than the Radeon HD 6320. This still holds weight but shader performance is generally more relevant, particularly since both of these GPUs support at least DirectX 10.

The Radeon HD 6320 has a 50 MHz higher core clock speed than the GeForce 320M, but the GeForce 320M has 4 more Render Output Units than the Radeon HD 6320. As a result, the GeForce 320M exhibits a 1.6 GPixel/s better Pixel Fill Rate than the Radeon HD 6320. However, both GPUs support DirectX 9 or above, and pixeling performance is only really relevant when comparing older cards.

The Radeon HD 6320 was released less than a year after the GeForce 320M, and so they are likely to have similar driver support for optimizing performance when running the latest games.

The Radeon HD 6320 and the GeForce 320M have the same amount of video memory, but are likely to provide slightly different experiences when displaying game textures at high resolutions.

The GeForce 320M has 21.3 GB/sec greater memory bandwidth than the Radeon HD 6320, which means that the memory performance of the GeForce 320M is slightly better than the Radeon HD 6320.

The Radeon HD 6320 has 80 Shader Processing Units and the GeForce 320M has 48. However, the actual shader performance of the Radeon HD 6320 is 26 and the actual shader performance of the GeForce 320M is 45. The GeForce 320M having 19 better shader performance and an altogether better performance when taking into account other relevant data means that the GeForce 320M delivers a slightly smoother and more efficient experience when processing graphical data than the Radeon HD 6320.

The Radeon HD 6320 requires 18 Watts to run and the GeForce 320M requires 23 Watts. The GeForce 320M requires 5 Watts more than the Radeon HD 6320 to run. The difference is not significant enough for the GeForce 320M to have a noticeably larger impact on your yearly electricity bills than the Radeon HD 6320.

GPU Mini Review

Mini ReviewRadeon HD 6320 is an integrated GPU in one of the Zacate Processors, based on the 40nm Terrascale 2 architecture.
It's based on the Cedar Core (therefore related to Radeon HD 6350) and offers 80 Shader Processing Units, 8 TMUs and 4 ROPs. Both the operating memory clock's speed and bus width will depend on the system's RAM configuration and speed. Its central clock runs at up to 500MHz (600MHz in Turbo Mode).
Its performance is very limited and so today's modern games can only be played using very low resolutions such as 800x680 - 1024x768 or are unplayable at all.
Overview
GeForce 320M is an Integrated Mobile Graphics Card based on the Second Revision of the Tesla Architecture.

Architecture
Tesla was NVIDIA's First Unified Shader Architecture.

GPU
It equips a GPU Codenamed Tesla MCP89 which has 4 Stream Multiprocessors activated and thus offers 48 Shader Processing Units, 16 TMUs and 8 ROPs. The Central Unit is clocked at 450MHz.

Memory
The GPU also Shares the System's RAM which varies from laptop to laptop. Typically, the GPU reserves 256MB. Depending on whether or not the system's RAM is Dual-Channeled, it can access either a 64-bit or 128-bit memory interface. The operating memory clock also depends on the at which speed the System's RAM is running and is limited by the highest operating speed that the Processor supports. It is then obvious the Memory Bandwidth depends on a lot of factors and thus this Graphics Card performance may vary heavily from system to system.

Features
DirectX 10.1 Support (10.0 Hardware Default) and support for NVIDIA PureVideo HD Technology, Dual-stream Hardware Acceleration, PhysX, CUDA, HybridPower and other technologies.

Power Consumption
With a rated board TDP of 14W, it may be used on very small notebooks.

Performance
Gaming benchmarks put its performance considerably above the desktop GeForce 210.
