GeForce 205 is an OEM only, Entry-Level Graphics Card based on the Second Revision of the Tesla Architecture.

Architecture
Tesla was NVIDIA's First Unified Shader Architecture.

GPU
It equips a GPU Codenamed GT218-200-B1 which has 1 Stream Multiprocessor activated and thus offers 8 Shader Processing Units, 4 TMUs and 4 ROPs. The Central Unit is clocked at 589MHz.

Memory
The GPU accesses a 512MB frame buffer of DDR2, through a 64-bit memory interface. The size of the frame buffer is adequate. The Memory Clock Operates at 400MHz.
