In terms of overall gaming performance, the graphical capabilities of the Intel UHD Graphics 620 are very slightly better than the Nvidia Quadro FX 3700M.

The UHD Graphics 620 was released over three years more recently than the Quadro FX 3700M, and so the UHD Graphics 620 is likely to have far better driver support, meaning it will be much more optimized and ultimately superior to the Quadro FX 3700M when running the latest games.

The Quadro FX 3700M has 1024 MB video memory, but the UHD Graphics 620 does not have an entry, so the two GPUs cannot be reliably compared in this area.

The UHD Graphics 620 has 192 Shader Processing Units and the Quadro FX 3700M has 128. However, the actual shader performance of the Quadro FX 3700M is 70. The UHD Graphics 620 having 122 better shader performance is not particularly notable, as altogether the Quadro FX 3700M performs better when taking into account other relevant data.

The UHD Graphics 620 transistor size technology is 51 nm (nanometers) smaller than the Quadro FX 3700M. This means that the UHD Graphics 620 is expected to run massively cooler and achieve higher clock frequencies than the Quadro FX 3700M. While they exhibit similar graphical performance, the UHD Graphics 620 should consume less power than the Quadro FX 3700M.

The UHD Graphics 620 requires 15 Watts to run and the Quadro FX 3700M requires 75 Watts. The Quadro FX 3700M requires 60 Watts more than the UHD Graphics 620 to run. The difference is significant enough that the Quadro FX 3700M may have an adverse affect on your yearly electricity bills in comparison to the UHD Graphics 620.

GPU Mini Review

Mini ReviewOverview
Intel UHD Graphics 620 are integrated graphics in some of Intel's Kaby Lake mobile processors.

The Kaby Lake architecture succeeds the Skylake architecture and aims for increased CPU and graphics performance, via the same power requirements. It includes support for DirectX 12.1, OpenCL 2.1 and OpenGL 4.6.
The GPU solution, codenamed GT2, offers 192 shader processing units (SPU), 24 TMUs and 3 ROPs.

The central unit initially runs at 300MHz and goes up to 1000MHz, in turbo mode.

Memory: Speed
The operating memory clock depends at which speed the system's RAM is running and which memory type is installed and is ultimately limited by the highest operating speed that the processor supports.
Depending on whether or not the system's RAM is dual-channelled, it can access either a 64-bit or 128-bit Memory Interface.

Memory: Frame Buffer
The GPU Shares the system's RAM which varies according to the system. The GPU may reserve up to 1.7GB.

Because Performance depends heavily on the Memory Bandwidth, it may vary heavily from System to System.
Best case scenario, expect performance identical to a dedicated GeForce 525M.

System Suggestions
Intel UHD Graphics 620 is best suited for resolutions up to and including 1366x768. We recommend 4GB of RAM for optimal performance.
