In terms of overall gaming performance, the graphical capabilities of the Nvidia GeForce RTX 2080 Ti Super are massively better than the Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 Ultra.

The GTX 1650 has a 60 MHz higher core clock speed than the RTX 2080 Ti, but the RTX 2080 Ti has 232 more Texture Mapping Units than the GTX 1650. As a result, the RTX 2080 Ti exhibits a 309.8 GTexel/s better Texture Fill Rate than the GTX 1650. This still holds weight but shader performance is generally more relevant, particularly since both of these GPUs support at least DirectX 10.

The GTX 1650 has a 60 MHz higher core clock speed than the RTX 2080 Ti, but the RTX 2080 Ti has 64 more Render Output Units than the GTX 1650. As a result, the RTX 2080 Ti exhibits a 84.5 GPixel/s better Pixel Fill Rate than the GTX 1650. However, both GPUs support DirectX 9 or above, and pixeling performance is only really relevant when comparing older cards.

The GTX 1650 was released over three years more recently than the RTX 2080 Ti, and so the GTX 1650 is likely to have far better driver support, meaning it will be much more optimized and ultimately superior to the RTX 2080 Ti when running the latest games.

Both GPUs exhibit very powerful performance, so it probably isn't worth upgrading from one to the other, as both are capable of running even the most demanding games at the highest settings.

The RTX 2080 Ti has 8192 MB more video memory than the GTX 1650, so is likely to be much better at displaying game textures at higher resolutions. This is supported by the fact that the RTX 2080 Ti also has superior memory performance overall.

The RTX 2080 Ti has 511.7 GB/sec greater memory bandwidth than the GTX 1650, which means that the memory performance of the RTX 2080 Ti is massively better than the GTX 1650.

The GeForce GTX 1650 Ultra has 896 Shader Processing Units and the GeForce RTX 2080 Ti Super has 4608. However, the actual shader performance of the GTX 1650 is 1425 and the actual shader performance of the RTX 2080 Ti is 8156. The RTX 2080 Ti having 6731 better shader performance and an altogether better performance when taking into account other relevant data means that the RTX 2080 Ti delivers a massively smoother and more efficient experience when processing graphical data than the GTX 1650.

The GeForce GTX 1650 Ultra requires 90 Watts to run and the GeForce RTX 2080 Ti Super requires 280 Watts. We would recommend a PSU with at least 400 Watts for the GTX 1650 and a PSU with at least 650 Watts for the RTX 2080 Ti. The RTX 2080 Ti requires 190 Watts more than the GTX 1650 to run. The difference is significant enough that the RTX 2080 Ti may have an adverse affect on your yearly electricity bills in comparison to the GTX 1650.

GPU Mini Review

Mini ReviewOverview
The GeForce GTX 1650 Ultra is an Nvidia GeForce low-end graphics card which launched in April 2020. The GeForce GTX 1650 Ultra is designed to compete against AMD's more affordable gaming cards such as the RX 550 and the RX 560, and replaces the outgoing GTX 1050.
This is a daul-slot graphics card which connects to the rest of the system using a PCIe 3.0 x16 interface.
Architecture
The Turing Architecture aims for 30-50% as much performance as the previous-gen Pascal Architecture.

GPU
It equips a GPU Codenamed Turing T106, more specifically a TU106-125, which has 14 SM activated and thus 896 Shader Processing Units, 56 TMUs and 32 ROPs. The central unit runs at 1410 MHz and goes up to 1590 MHz with the Boost Clock.

Memory
The GPU accesses a 4GB frame buffer of fast GDDR6, through a 128-bit memory interface, while the memory clock operates at 2000 MHz (8GHz effective).

Power Consumption
With a rated board TDP of 90W, it relies entirely on the PCI Slot for power, meaning no extra connectors are required.

Performance
The GeForce GTX 1650 Ultra will enable low to mid-level graphics performance on modern AAA 2020 released games. Although there will be variations on this frame rate we expect this card to deliver around 50+ FPS on medium graphics settings at a 1080p screen resolution.
Comparatively, this card has slightly faster performance than the GTX 1050 Ti.

System Suggestions
The GeForce GTX 1650 Ultra is best suited for resolutions up to and including 1920x1080, so our recommendation would be to use 1920x1080 in order to get the most out of your settings. We recommend a high-end processor such as the i5-8400 and 8GB of RAM for optimal performance.
Overview The GeForce RTX 2080 Ti Super is a rumoured RTX 20 Series graphics card and considered an Enthusiast graphics card based on the Turing architecture. Architecture The Turing architecture represents a process shrink down to 12nm compared to 14nm Pascal. The Turing architecture provides the world's first consumer support for real-time ray-tracing technology, or RTX. GPU It is rumoured this equips a GPU Codenamed Turing TU102 which has 4608 Shader Processing Units, 288 TMUs, and 96 ROPs. The central unit runs at 1350MHz and goes up to 1750MHz in Boost mode. It also has 576 Tensor Cores for AI purposes and 72 RT Cores for real-time ray-tracing. Memory The GPU accesses a 12GB frame buffer of first-gen GDDR6 memory through a 384-bit memory interface, while the Memory clock operates at 2000MHz, or 16GHz effective. Power Consumption With a rated board TDP of 280W, it requires at least a 650W PSU with two 8-pin power connectors. System Suggestions GeForce RTX 2080 Ti Super is best suited for resolutions up to and including 3840x2160. We recommend a top-End Processor and at least 16GB of RAM for optimal performance.
