In terms of overall gaming performance, the graphical capabilities of the AMD Radeon RX Vega 64 Nano 8GB are significantly better than the AMD Radeon RX 5500 4GB.

Architecture
It is powered by the 7nm Navi GPU, which has 1408 shader processing units, [xx] TMUs and [xx]] ROPs.

GPU
The central unit runs at 1670 MHz and goes up to 1845 MHz when the boost mode is triggered.

Memory
The RX 5500 4GB comes with a 4GB frame buffer of GDDR6 video memory through a 128-bit memory interface, while the memory clock operates at 1750MHz.

Power Consumption
With a rated board TDP of 110W, it requires at least a 500W PSU with one available 8-pin connector.

Performance
The Radeon RX 5500 4GB been built as a Low/Mid performance graphics card for 2019. Its direct competitor is the Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 Super. It will run most triple AAA titles released during 2019 on medium to high graphics at 1080p screen resolution. With adjustments and lowering anti aliasing this RX 5500 4GB card can confidently maintain 60+ frames per seconds on high graphic settings at 1080p. Moving to 1440p screen resolution and the graphics card may need to be adjusted down to medium in order to maintain 50-60+ fps.

The Vega 10 Pro GPU offers support for HBM-2 Memory, DirectX 12.0 and Open GL 4.5. While the Radeon RX Vega Eclipse and Nova use a slightly faster Vega 10 XT GPU, the Radeon RX Vega 64 Nano 8GB will still likely offer performance faster than a GeForce GTX 1070 yet slower than a GTX 1080. Radeon RX Vega 64 Nano 8GB GPU has 64 Compute Units activated, offering 4096 Shader Processing Units, 256 TMUs and 64 ROPs. This puts its performance roughly in line with $350 GeForce GTX 1070.
