This is the 'Super' variant of the RTX 2060 and utilises a cut-down version of the RTX 2070 GPU. Architecture The Turing architecture represents a process shrink down to 12nm compared to 14nm Pascal. The Turing architecture provides the world's first consumer support for real-time ray-tracing technology, or RTX. The GeForce RTX 2060 Super Zotac Gaming AMP 8GB supports real-time ray-tracing and excels at 1080p and 1440p screen resolutions. GPU It equips a Turing GPU codenamed TU106-410-A which has 2176 Shader Processing Units, 136 TMUs and 64 ROPs. The central unit runs at 1470 MHz and goes up to 1680 MHz in Boost mode. Memory The GPU accesses an 8GB frame buffer of first-gen GDDR6 memory through a 256-bit memory interface, while the Memory clock operates at 1750MHz, or 14GHz effective.
