In terms of overall gaming performance, the graphical capabilities of the AMD Radeon RX 570 PowerColor Red Devil 4GB are marginally better than the AMD Radeon RX 570X 4GB.

The RX 570X and the RX 570 have both the same core clock speed and the same Texture Fill Rate. This still holds weight but shader performance is generally more relevant, particularly since both of these GPUs support at least DirectX 10.

The RX 570X and the RX 570 have both the same core clock speed and the same Pixel Fill Rate. However, both GPUs support DirectX 9 or above, and pixeling performance is only really relevant when comparing older cards.

Both the Radeon RX 570X 4GB and the Radeon RX 570 PowerColor Red Devil 4GB were released at the same time, so are likely to be quite similar.

Both GPUs exhibit very powerful performance, so it probably isn't worth upgrading from one to the other, as both are capable of running even the most demanding games at the highest settings.

The Radeon RX 570X 4GB and the Radeon RX 570 PowerColor Red Devil 4GB have the same amount of video memory, but are likely to provide slightly different experiences when displaying game textures at high resolutions.

The memory bandwidth of the Radeon RX 570X 4GB and the Radeon RX 570 PowerColor Red Devil 4GB are the same, which means the RX 570X and the RX 570 have equal limitations when it comes to graphical data transfer.

Both the Radeon RX 570X 4GB and the Radeon RX 570 PowerColor Red Devil 4GB have 2048 Shader Processing Units. Having the same number of SPUs and using the same architecture means that the performance they offer can be compared by looking at the memory bandwidth, Texture and Pixel Rates. In this case, although the GPUs are very similar in performance, the RX 570 takes the edge.

The Radeon RX 570X 4GB requires 120 Watts to run and the Radeon RX 570 PowerColor Red Devil 4GB requires 120 Watts. We would recommend a PSU with at least 450 Watts for the RX 570X and a PSU with at least 450 Watts for the RX 570. The two GPUs require the same amount of wattage to run. As such, there is no need to worry about which will more significantly affect your yearly electricity bills.

GPU Mini Review

Mini ReviewOverview
The new AMD Radeon RX 500X series are an OEM version of the current RX 500 series. This RX 570X graphics card is one of the higher performance models from the new AMD Radeon RX 500X Series.

The AMD RX 570X 4GB graphics card released in April 2018 as an AMD performance gaming graphics card. This card competes against Nvidia's GTX 1050 Ti. As a Polaris refresh, the RX 570X runs at a slightly faster clock speed than the RX 470.
The specs of the Radeon RX 500X series graphics cards are identical to the standard Radeon RX 500 series.
Architecture
It is powered by the 14nm Pollaris 20 GPU, which has 2048 shader processing units, 128 TMUs and 32 ROPs.

GPU
The central unit runs at 1168MHz and goes up to 1244MHz, when the boost mode is triggered.

Memory
The RX570X comes with a 4GB frame buffer of GDDR5, through a 256-bit memory interface, while the memory clock operates at 1750MHz.

Power Consumption
With a rated board TDP of 120W, it requires at least a 400W PSU with one available 6-pin connector.

Performance
The AMD RX 570X has been built as a Mid/High performance graphics card for 2018. It will run most triple AAA titles released during 2018 on medium to high graphics at 1080p screen resolution. Performance is exactly the same as the Radeon RX 570. With adjustments and lowering anti aliasing this RX570 4GB card can confidently maintain 60+ frames per seconds on high graphic settings at 1080p. Moving to 1440p screen resolution and the graphics card may need to be adjusted down to medium in order to maintain 50-60+ fps.

System Suggestions
The RX 570X is best suited for resolutions up to and including 1920x1080. We recommend a mid range Ryzen 5 processor and at least 8GB of system memory for optimal gaming performance from the RX 570X.
Overview
First off we should point out that this is not the new AMD Vega graphics card line. These new AMD Radeon RX 500 series cards are an uprated version of the RX 400 series that they are replacing. This PowerColor RX 570 graphics card is one of the higher performance models from the new AMD Radeon RX 500 Series.
