In terms of overall gaming performance, the graphical capabilities of the Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB are significantly better than the AMD Radeon RX Vega 8.

The GTX 1050 Ti has a 359 MHz higher core clock speed than the RX Vega, but the RX Vega has 32 more Texture Mapping Units than the GTX 1050 Ti. As a result, the RX Vega exhibits a 12.6 GTexel/s better Texture Fill Rate than the GTX 1050 Ti. This still holds weight but shader performance is generally more relevant, particularly since both of these GPUs support at least DirectX 10.
