First off we should point out that this is not the new AMD Vega graphics card line. The new AMD Radeon RX 500 series are an uprated version of the RX 400 series that they are replacing. This HIS RX 580 IceQ X2 OC graphics card is one of the two more powerful models from the new AMD Radeon RX 500 Series.

This RX 580 is the 4GB version and there is also the higher VRAM version, RX580 8GB available.

Architecture
It equips a GPU codenamed Polaris 20 XTX, which has 2304 shader processing units, 144 TMUs and 32 ROPs.

GPU
The Radeon RX 580 HIS IceQ X2 OC 4GB central processing unit runs at 1257MHz and goes up to a top 1366MHz when in boost and turbo mode, where as the reference RX 580 card's boost is a lower 1340MHz.

Memory
The GPU accesses a 4GB frame buffer of fast GDDR5, through a 256-bit memory interface, while the Memory Clock operates at 2000MHz.

Power Consumption
The RX 580 4GB has a power TDP requirement of 150W. This means it will require at least a 500W PSU with one dedicated 8-pin connector.

Performance
Early benchmarks indicate that the AMD Radeon RX 580 4GB will be similar in performance to the Nvidia GTX 1060 in terms of gaming performance. This puts the RX 580 4GB about 8% faster than the model it replaced, the AMD Radeon RX 480 4GB. Comparing the RX 580 to RX 570 we see 1440p frame rates around 8-15% better with the RX580 version

System Suggestions
The new HIS RX 580 IceQ X2 OC 4GB released on the 18th April 2017 and is best suited for resolutions up to and including 2560x1440. We recommend a high-end processor, like the new Ryzen R5 and at least 8GB of RAM for optimal gaming performance.
Overview
The AMD RX 470 4GB graphics card is a 2016 released performance graphics card based on the third revision of the Graphics Core Next (GCN) architecture. This card competes against Nvidia's outgoing, but very popular, GTX 970 and the incoming GTX 1050 Ti, when that releases.

It is powered by the Ellesmere PRO GPU, which has 2048 shader processing units, 128 TMUs and 32 ROPs.

The central unit runs at 926MHz and goes up to 1206MHz, when boost mode is triggered.

Memory
The GPU accesses a 4GB frame buffer of GDDR5, through a 256-bit memory interface, while the memory clock Operates at 1650MHz.

Power Consumption
With a rated board TDP of 120W, it requires at least a 400W PSU with one available 6-pin connector.

Performance
The AMD RX 470 has been built as a Mid/High performance graphics card for 2016. It will run most triple AAA titles released during 2016 on medium to high graphics at 1080p screen resolution. With adjustments and lowering anti aliasing this card can confidently maintain 60+ frames per seconds on high graphic settings at 1080p. Moving to 1440p screen resolution and the graphics card may need to be adjusted down to medium in order to maintain 50-60+ fps.

System Suggestions
The RX 470 is best suited for resolutions up to and including 1920x1080. We recommend a mid range processor and at least 8GB of system memory for optimal performance.
